Tekcem 212 Leveller is a fast setting, protein free, cement based self-levelling compound used to level out rough and uneven floors and screeds in preparation for laying floor coverings. and ideal for application over sound substrates including concrete and sand/cement screeds. 

  • Fast setting

  • Tiled floor finish after 8-hours or most other types of finish after 48hours (at 20°C).

  • Shrinkage compensated and provides the perfect smoothing material for most floor finishes.

  • Applied at thicknesses ranging from 2mm-12mm.

  • Single part, no additives required, just add water

  • Light foot traffic after 4 hours

  • Protein free

  • Pumpable

  • High durability

Collections
To collect your order, please email us at sales@bmdgroup.co.uks with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection.

 

  • Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
  • Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
  • Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
  • Please advise of any access issues on ordering.
  • Delivery is Kerbside only.
